AuditX Privacy Policy

AuditX ("the App") is provided by Long Shot Innovations Private Limited ("we", "us"). This policy explains what information the App collects, how it is used, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

• Account information. When you sign in — with Google, with Apple, or with an email address and password — we receive your name and email address, and a profile photo where your provider supplies one, to create and identify your account. If you use Sign in with Apple's "Hide My Email", we receive only the private relay address Apple generates, never your real one.
• Audit content you submit. Form responses, notes, and other data you enter while completing audits, associated with your account and workspace.
• Photos. Images you capture or select for an audit, uploaded only when you choose to attach them to a submission.
• Location. Your device's GPS coordinates, collected only when you submit an audit that requires location tagging.

How we use this information

We use the information above solely to operate the App: authenticating you, storing and syncing your audit submissions, displaying them to authorized members of your workspace, and tagging submissions with photos or location where you've enabled it. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

Data storage and security

Data is stored on Google Cloud infrastructure and transmitted over encrypted (HTTPS) connections. Access to your workspace's data is restricted to members of that workspace.

Data sharing

We do not share your personal information with third parties, except with service providers who help us operate the App (such as our cloud hosting and authentication providers) and who are bound to protect your data, or where required by law.

Data retention and deletion

We retain your account and audit data for as long as your account is active. You can delete your account at any time — in the app, from the menu, or at ls-appstack.web.app/delete-account. Deleting removes your sign-in, your name and profile photo, your access to every workspace and audit shared with you, and any invitations you sent that nobody has accepted.

Audits you have already submitted, and the photos attached to them, are kept. They are the records of the organisation that requested the audit rather than your personal data, and that organisation relies on them as evidence of work carried out; after deletion they are no longer linked to your name. If you want those removed as well, contact the organisation that invited you. You can also contact us at the address below.

Children's privacy

AuditX is a business tool intended for professional use and is not directed at children under 13.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
